Just underscores my thoughts about you leftists being too stupid to vote. You had ZERO clue of what you voted for. Next time you think Dems have any regard for the constitution, punch yourself in the temple. You wanted communism, it’s coming fast

OUTLAWING Tax Cuts? It’s Unconstitutional.
How can the Federal government tell States they CAN’T lower Taxes?
- Are they concerned MANY states who have Surpluses don’t need the Federal funds?
- Do Democrats not want Republicans to successfully engineer growth through Tax cuts?

States can refuse the funds and not worry about this provision. Live free or die!

But even the reddest states won’t do that because free money is free money and who doesn’t love free money. It’s nice and freshly printed. They’ll worry about whether this provision can be enforced at some later date by which time the money will have been spent and no one will care.
