That is ridiculous.  How can that be? are there 2 different species of people?

Why do some not respond?  What is the science/logic behind that?

Some people get cancer.  Others don't.
Some respond to chemo, others don't.

"Creatinine" is naturally occuring in your body.....creatine is best used in a post workout shake because it helps your body recover by replacing the creatinine that was used during your hardcore workout...easier said recuporation

Creatinine levels relate to muscle mass and to kidney function.  It's not something you're looking to "replace".

so adonis what's your story? do you advocate any sort of diet? any sort of method? from what you've put on here lately about diet it seems like the rule is to eat anything at all.

as what's the story with you talking about ice cream and krispy cream now? you made a thread about frank zane's contest diet which was all protein with one beer. totally different from what you are saying you do now.

That's why i'm skeptical of anything he posts...it wasn't long ago he was claiming that Zane was "all drugs" but now he's a legend. he changes his mind every month or so and ONLY his NEW theory is right. most of his theories contradict each other. he knows his shit for the most part but i think he enjoys playing Mr. Knowitall too much. Him and his girlfriend also type "identical" most of the time, they even use pro nouns and other verbage in a perfectly identical fassion.

Creatine is the only supplement that ever worked for me when i was natural, even if it was a so called placebo effect it was worth every penny. i have a friend who just started taking creatine mono as i instructed him, his diet and training are the same. he has gained 9 pounds in 4 weeks and told me he feels more energy during his workouts. he's a lean hardgainer and says the product is worth every cent.

I notice nothing from using it.

I have used monohydrate in the past, and I have used "kreakylyn buffered creatine" for 2 weeks and no weight gain, nothing, ever.

I think the results people get from it is just placebo effect, probably because they train more and/or eat more.

Some people are simply not monohydrate responders or maybe you haven't cycled creatine use to keep it from losing its effects.  I get great results from it but I have a friend who prefers NO type of supplements. Maybe even creatine ester? Use whatever works for you and good luck.

Do you guys realize that almost any supplement is more expensive than a gym membership. A lot of people are spending 3 or 4 times of their gym membership taking supplements.

Why do some not respond?  What is the science/logic behind that?

If their is any, I don't know it.  Some people just respond like crazy using creatine.  Those lucky bastards.  I get stronger, but not much difference in size.  I've asked the people who sell it and no one seems to know why some are responders and some aren't.  Their are even non responders from real gear.  That must suck, but it's true.  I think it has something to the Ph levels in your stomach.  If your to acidity, most of the creatine gets destroyed before it has a chance to enter the blood system.  That's the theory behind Kre Alakyne anyway.
