Beyond what Dore says, social media have become like utilities. Like, say, phone companies. They're also like town halls.
What if phone companies kicked people off because they didn't like their speech...

Already, Paypal, Wells Fargo and other banks now deny banking to people whose speech
on Youtube/Twitter, etc they disagree with.

Youtube kicks independent conservatives
and liberals off.
Youtube never does that to corporate media. And corporate media routinely break their terms and services. Selective enforcement.
What happens when they shut down everyone's speech?
What happened to power to the people?
Do liberals now need their news, entertainment,
and speech authorized and filtered by major corporations?
Youtube is slowly taking the You out of Youtube and propping up corporation news and entertainment over the people(you) they built their company on.
They're burying other non-corporate in the algorithms.
It's the same kind of inversion with conservatives that don't realize that free trade is anti-nation and anti-family.
