You should still try and increase your insulin sensitivity to give your pancreas a brake. What dosage how long? Results?
I used for about a year, with some breaks in between at a dose of mostly 20 mg's.
Currently I am using 10 mg's which I find to be better as the water retention side-effects are much less for me but still has the sleep and recovery benefits. I recover faster and have more energy when using. Does increase appetite massively at first, but this reduces after a few weeks.
Due to the improved recovery I can train more often. Visually, it gives muscles a fuller look.
When dieting or not training it helps preserve muscle. Usually when I travel I lose about 5 kg's from not training and eating properly, but when I used my weight stayed about the same after a month and I lost very little strength or muscle.
