any ideas?
There was a young black kid at the gym yesterday, that skinny, big dread-head, etc.
Spent about 20 mins cleaning a machine with spray-bottle, tons of paper-towels, etc (one of those weird things you sit on to do stretches). Then just spent about 30 seconds on it.
Stood by it for another 5 on his phone, giggling to himself. Went out into the weight-room area (They have separate rooms for all the machines, and all the free-weights and Hammer stuff).
Anyways, gets on the DL platform, puts a 10-lb bumper plate on each site. (So 65 lbs). Continues to do the weirdest rep ive ever seen.
I think he was trying to 'bent-row' but he was looking to the right (at the mirror) the whole time, sort of rowing it up, but then standing. (Stiff-leg, barbell row, DL of some sort).
Horrible form, swaying all over the place. Does 2 "sets" and walks away, leaves barbell setup, plays on phone a bit and leaves gym.
There for around 15 mins total. (I saw him come in).
Some of the stuff that goes on in gyms today is totally fecked.
