You can see my lats in the above pic and they have clearly improved since I started deadlifting additionally the umbilical hernia is now barely noticeable and the waist is in check even the damn right arm is starting to get its peak back. I have compared this to older photos and I am making improvements.

You should train triceps. Your arms would look bigger.

You are way more narrower than you think. A front lat spread would expose just how narrow and blocky your waist is, which is why you won’t post a front lat spread.

I am 4 meals into my day my waist is never going to look good nor is anyone elses after 4 meals. When empty in the am I am tight if I take a day or two without stuffing my face I am doing vaccuums. Again though my focus is building muscle not tighting up it is January shows are in the summer.

My waist isn’t wide. I actually tell the truth and back it up unlike you Liars who all claim 29 inch waist abs 20 inch arms but don’t post pics because you are too modest. Notice this pic from this morning no ducking belly at all. And this is absolutely during a winter bulk my ducking bulking time is lean as hell. I don’t have anything close to a belly. But if you think your midsection is going to look the same mid afternoon as first thing in the am then yes you are a ducking idiot that doesn’t know w damn thing about bodybuilding. I am also vascular but you can’t see it in the photo as I am trying to figure out the lighting and it’s washed out

I am anything but narrow. I have always been wider than everyone in the gym at a show including 250lb bodbuilders. I need more thickness but I am wide as hell. I also do have lats but again you are never going to see anyone’s lats in that pose you literally are pulling them in. Notice this morning arms up. You guys act like I am blocky and narrow fat and 180lbs and it’s fucking nonsense. I am lean I have an Xtaper a small waist broad shoulders and big arms. This is this am at 220lbs I am aesthetic
