26yo trans gender man molested 10 yo female sentenced to female juvenile facility
he only "came out" as trans gender after he was arrested. now he can molest all the little girls he wants and when he gets out he will not be registered as a sex offender. go california!

How could IT not be put on the sex offender list? A molester is put on the list regardless of their gender or the gender of the victim.

WTF???  Why the fuck would a 26 yo be serving time in a juvie center no matter what the crime?  Just execute the child fucker.
