It's not enough. We need to be issued 24/7 body cameras in case the government wants to monitor us in real time or later review something we said or did.

On a serious note, I'd be for cameras pointed only at teachers, not students, for government funded teachers(who we trust children's minds to) in a similar way to what we have for cops but the cameras would only point at the public official instead of away.

First point was in jest I assume, since your second point started with "on a serious note", but I think the first part is likely true.  And, the second part is a great point that I to see come true.  I would also like them to be on all elected officials and the families, and to have every phone call they have monitored and dictated.  535 people, a prez and VP should not be ruling/controlling/making money off of a nation of 330 million.  We either need way less federal government and pay them way less....not just salary wise, but expenses, and staff.  I looked up what AOC was actually getting once, and posted it on the politics board.  If I remember correctly, on top of her salary that she has done nothing to deserve.........Brooklyn might have the lowest IQ people in the nation.....she has around a 3 million dollar budget.  Times thet by 534 assuming all are getting at least that...........Pelosi and Schumer are likely much higher....., but that is just the start of where the people's tax money goes. 

These fuckers never read any of the bills up for vote themselves.  It's their staff that is assigned chunks, and then gives them talking points.  I guarantee you that if any reporter ever read any of these bills, and asked "hey, X,  on page 895 it says we are going to nuke the world next month...what do you have to say about that?"  Every single one of these retards would be like "sorry, I don't couldn't hear your question, next"

Even though public school teachers are at the low rung of the ladder, they reflect every idea their higher ups funnel down to them. With all the leaked videos of indoctrinating teachers, not to mention teachers posting their radical views online, there is already talk about cameras in the classroom, it just has to increase to a fever pitch. This is old information, from July of last year. I remember reading of this from more reputable sources. The fact is they cannot do this at all. SMS texting is no different than a voice phone call. It is private discussion. Wire tapping law allows for law enforcement to listen in on a conversation (voice or text) only with a court order based on probable cause that a crime is being committed. They cannot in any way interfere with that conversation, either voice or text. The crappypants administration was making noises about doing this. But nothing came of it because the relevant law does not allow for it.

LOL, sad at the same time regarding photos/memes you attached.  My sister, I are 8 years apart in age, me being the older one.  We rarely speak....it's been over 2 years now other than one time calling to have her put my nephew on the phone to wish him a happy birthday, and before giving the phone to him during some "hey how you've been" type chat.  She said, "I'm so glad that fuckhead Trump lost?"  I asked, "Are you saying you voted for Biden?" Anyway, you would never know if you met us that we were related, let alone that we went to the same high school.  I know we had a couple of the same teachers, but it's like she learned about a whole different world than I did.  Granted my early years were spent learning in Wisconsin, and she was only 7 so all her foundational learning was vastly different too.  The morality in GB vs. here is totally different too.  In GB, you were considered a stoner and loser if you smoked weed or cigs.  Here, even the jocks and "popular kids" did.  She came home high and drunk as fuck by 13.  First time I even had a beer was 16, and didn't smoke a joint until around 21 or 22.

Agree 100% with you that there should be cameras in every class room with full audio recording, and stored.  Seems like a lot of students do too, as there are recordings on YT that kids have posted to their social showing up quite often.
