Im on the older side, 50, so I use ever trick in the book to get a good workout so I try different supplements. It's a pet peeve of mine to see some of these companies charging 30 or 40 bucks for a bottle of totally worthless ingredients.
Some of these companies just shamelessly rip off their customers. Probably cost about 5 bucks to manufacture that product.
