Rambone!   We left the whole eggs in the entire 14 weeks.  They never left.

I never did any cardio. Zero. At 60 years old it’s easy for me to lose weight and even easier for me to lose muscle. I tried really hard not to lose any muscle- I didn’t have any extra muscle to lose!

Started prep at 238-240 pounds.  Weighed in at the contest at 212.4.

While I did no cardio, I did lots of supersets, giants sets, fast pace training. Hours of practice posing and did many high volume body part workouts. I trained abs 4-5 days per weeks at the end.

And brother I just stumbled across a combination of PEDs that really had my BMR cranked up.

Very minimal night sweats but my base metabolic rate was flying.

Tommy I just finished listening to your podcast. I loved the stories. I too powerlifted in the late 70s into the 80s and had some of the same types of experiences except I was in Texas and not as strong as you.Keep the cool stories coming and thanks

It was my first bodybuilding show in 29 years. I’ve been a competitive Powerliter my entire adult life.

60 years old
6 feet tall
Weighed in at 212.5

Congrats to Tommy. That first back pic is epic especially when you consider his age. 

I've seen Tom lift in person. This is a very, very strong man.

500lbs x 20 deadlift !! That's the one that gets me as my deadlift is my least
Strongest lift out of the 3 powerlifts , maybe 5/7x500lbs at 220lbs at my best.
Total Beast deadlifting He is.

240 was Tommys off-season weight.....why would he go in that heavy.

It`s just fucking mind boggling the little this guy knows about the sport he`s supposed to have been involved in since he was 8 years old.

A gang of friends came up to Lake Tahoe to enjoy the grandeur and watch some bodybuilding.

After prejudging we were all hanging in the casino for a few minutes. One of my boys said, “Tom you have the tightest waistline in the class. Best abs on stage.”  Another friend interrupted and said, “Fuck that! Look! The guy has cheek bones!”  WTH!

It did make me laugh. I’m normally a little chubby in the face.  Thanks Anadrol.
