It's a cultural problem.

Instead of paying off 40k in loans, they buy new cars, houses, get married, honeymoons, 80" tv's, etc.

It's none of my business what they spend their money on, but to say it's impossible to repay these debts is just flat out retarded.

I paid my loans off within 4 years of graduation. Lived in a small condo, drove an old car and paid my bills.

Also, these colleges are gouging people for money, the cost of education is absolutely insane.

5 years into your career and nobody gives a shit what college you went to.
