Is Matt Strong yes. Is Matt objectively the strongest person on the board hell no. First off they have actual rules for powerlifting and none of your lifts are good lifts. Figure out what you can properly lift to start. X many reps with bullshit form means nothing. Second there is no such thing as pound for pound strength. As you get bigger your strength divided by your bodyweight goes down. Is a 150l`b guy benching 300lbs stronger than a 300lb guy benching 400lbs No he is not. There are no ratios involved in it. A proper bench your ass stays on the pad the barbell comes down to your chest and pauses then you press it. If you look like you are having a seizure on the bench its garbage. It needs to be smooth and controlled your body needs to remain stable during the movement.

There is a reason I say I can see strength because you can tell they have developed muscle tissue from proper lifting. Lots of skinny guys can learn technique to cheat the weight but what is the point? Guys who think it is all about weight  learn every trick in the book to get everything other than the muscle they are trying to train to move the weight. They then get no development and never add any size but swear they are getting stronger as they improve their cheating technique.

You want to make the weight feel as heavy as possible when you lift it you should being doing everything you can to take all other muscle groups out of the lift and just make the targeted muscle move the weight you are noy using your chest at all. Instead you are doing everything you can to use other muscle groups to move the weight and putting very little stress on the targeted muscle group. You then claim you are strong when using 10 muscle groups leverage speed and momentum instead of the targeted muscle groups.

So yeah 2 big issues your form sucks and your lifts are not valid and even if they were and throwing weight around is not a good indication of strength anyway. No development no strength numbers be damned
