Too be honest, you lose this one Matt. I would likely win a worst chest on Getbig contest. 78 year-old-pecs are not pretty. I wonder if it is possible to get a 'pec lift'

You have the tiniest fucking nipples I've ever seen (no homo) They don't look so tiny in the other pic though... We need to see a like for like comparison (no homo x2)

Also there are advantages to flat pecs. I have decent pecs and other than showing off with some pec bouncing I don't really see them as a good thing.

In certain clothing they look like fucking man boobs. Especially when wearing a rucksack which I do a lot for my walks.  Also they tend to go soggy with age then they look even more like fucking moobs. I'm actually  trying to lay off full chest training and focusing on trying to target the upper pecs. I tried not training them at all, but it's a whole workout lost. Couldn't do it.
