Trump...

He's got four things going on:

- Tax thing in NY
- Jan 6th Capitol Riot
- Mar-a-Lago
- Georgia election investigation

Will he spend time in prison, under house arrest, be acquitted, etc?  This is unprecedented in our history.

I know some rank and file here will say it's all a coordinate plot (conspiracy) by the left, etc.   

But really, what do you think will happen?

It is impossible to predict what will happen, because historically Trump has completely avoided retribution for his actions.

#2 - No
#1,3,4 - someone will be blamed (accountant, movers, etc) and go down. 

The Mar A Lardo is potentially the worst.  Even Nixon didn’t take things home with him.

Anything can happen between now and 2024, but I think this political persecution only helps to make him a martyr.  This latest attempt to target him is astoundingly bad. 

And if he wins in 2024, the meltdowns will be epic.  Will dwarf 2016.  If for no other reason, I hope he wins in 2024 just for the entertainment value.   :)

The downside of all this is that it's keeping him in the spotlight, which it was designed to do.

No jail for any of it.

I think the media has kept him in the spotlight in an attempt to keep the focus off of how horrible this administration has been.
Has anyone heard anything about or from Kuntmala lately? I seem to see every other politicians name in the headline of a story but never hers.

Reminiscent of how the media gave him approximately a billion dollars in free advertising/marketing in 2016, thinking he would be easy to beat.

They've worn out his name, kept him in the spotlight 24/7 in an attempt at deflection. By using the media and government agencies to attack Trump, they (dems) have made a martyr out of him to some people and pushed more people his direction. 2023 is going to be wild in the political scene.

I doubt Trump gets legitimately charged with a crime.

No one seems to go to jail for anything these days on both sides.

Maybe no one of note. But then there is Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohn. Trump advisor, George Papadopoulos. George Nadar, Trump advisor, child photographer, pedophile. Rick Gates, Trump campaign chair convicted of conspiracy.  Paul Manafort, he pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges related to money laundering, lobbying violations and witness tampering, sentenced to 7.5 years. Roger Stone was convicted of obstruction of a congressional investigation, five counts of making false statements to Congress, and tampering with a witness. Trump commuted his sentence.

Michael Flynn pleaded guilty that to lying to the FBI about his interactions with Russia’s ambassador to the United States. Later he claimed entrapment. Trump pardoned him.

Here is a list of a few the people Trump pardoned:
Stephen K. Bannon
Elliott Broidy
Anthony Levandowski

A few of the 237 people to whom he granted clemency during his time in office (note these is a very small number of people as compared to other presidents):

Kwame Kilpatrick - racketeering and extortion
Robert Hayes - bribery and conspiracy to commit honest services wire fraud.
Rick Renzi - pleaded guilty to having illegally carried a gold-plated .45-caliber Glock handgun and ammunition as a felon -
