Uears ago I read that some randomly tested cans had 100mg's in them, then others had 400mg's. Very poor quality control. Energy drinks could be made more effective, there are some effective nutrients available. But initially it's about spending a lot and making little.

Few years ago, some had about a 15% swing sometimes in known big brands -
