Amazing how those varicose veins genetics just coincidentally acted up along the way...

We hear every year (and I always ignore it), "This is going to be the best Mr. Olympia ever!" And every year it never lives up to the hype because of a weak lineup, a non competitive line up and or guys not coming "in shape".

I think this year is different because the people qualified and competing this year make the show replete with parity. These guys are very competitive against each other. Ramy is not a dominant Mr. O like Phil or Ronnie. That's first. He's missing half his lower back because the insertions and origins for his attachments aren't ideal for bodybuilding. It hasn't stopped him from winning 2 Mr. Os but he's winning without a dominant back double which is not common. Also, his conditioning was shit last year and if it happens again this year, I don't see them giving him another nod. Obviously he's still the favorite but not a shoe in like Phil or Ronnie.

The guys from 2-12th place can be put in 20-30 various orders speculatively, and it not be out of the realm of possibility. This doesn't happen often in the big show which makes it rife with anticipation. I've gone over the line up a dozen times and each time I change my picks which makes it fun for me because the surprise element makes it fun.

Obviously there will be guys that are off during prejudging or improve during the nightshow but I see this almost as a battle of the mids (no disrespect) when comparing them to the 99 line up. It's going to be very interesting and I can't wait to see how it looks when the dust is settled.

You also believe the erf is flat, moron.
