I think if we're talking strictly about arms, Frank McGrath is in the discussion. Too bad about his triceps year down the road...and obviously about his being on kidney dialysis since early this year.

As far as overall arms [biceps, triceps, and forearms - and conditioning of the arms], Frank is way up there, IMO.

You could argue that it DID cost him is life. He is technically alive, but I can’t imagine the pain that cat is in literally 24/7. It’s hard not to like the guy though. He just seems like a legit good dude.
