I had a coach recommend half a tab cialis pre workout, never tried this before, I pop half a tablet, I go in to do back, I always start with bodyweight chins, after 2 sets I had such a tremendous pump in my arms I literally couldn't move them, it was insane, I had to leave the gym, I waited an hour and went back and was able to train, a quarter of a tab did the trick for me, great pumps for sure.
