All I can say is when you look like mark henry it doesn’t matter what you lift. No one cares.

Unless you're a professional strongman, as he was. Mark Henry won the first Arnold Strongman contest and got ranked 2nd-all time strongest by FLEX magazine.

He's a wrestler (WWE Hall of Famer, to boot) and a strongman, not a bodybuilder.

Wife and I spoke w/ Mark Henry at the old NJ Strongman dinner one year.
His head was the size of a beer-keg.

Nice dude though... Quiet/laid back...

Agreed. I met Henry at a Wrestlemania luncheon, we talked for quite a while, to the point I said," I know there are other people that probably want to talk to you and he said I can talk and spend time with whoever I want."
Years prior I walked  past him at the Arnold and a young teen ran up to him interrupting his conversation and he laid into the kid about being rude, it was really funny but I felt bad for the kid.
