What do you mean “lack of justice”?  All citizens are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Anyways, I don’t see why cash bail is desired by anyone .. so what, if you’re wealthy you can go free no matter the crime?  Either someone is a danger to the public/flight risk—in which case keep them in jail until trial—or they aren’t, and they should be freed until their day in court.
