Both are low impulse control. They just have different impulses.

Davis by late rd stoppage. But both are punchers and either one could win anywhere from rd. 1 through 12.

I'll flip a coin and go with Garcia. Tank has a good chin. But nobody has a good temple. Ill say mid fight Garcia clips him with a left hook to the temple that puts Tank on rubber legs. Ryan follows up with a blistering combination the last of which stretches Tank.

Davis is a talent, Garcia will be better for the opportunity to lose today but he needs to develop more he's too left hand heavy and has no patience, landed his right when he threw it, but was too predictable for Davis to counter.

Garcia looked amateur-ish. He let Tank dictate the distance and had no idea how to keep his left foot on the outside. Tank is the real deal but isn't the best lightweight. That is Shakur Stevenson. That body shot was on the button but Ryan has to get up. Glad I don't pay for this stuff.

Bro, you get hit with a liver shot, you're not getting up. See Bernard Hopkins vs Oscar De La Hoya. B-Hop hit him with a left hook to the liver and Oscar had a delayed reaction and went down wincing in pain . It's not a matter of will. You're body won't allow you to get up.
