One could argue that Akim had better muscle shape overall but he was definitely smaller and less conditioned.

I agree that you deserved first but well, that’s life sometimes. Great showing, glad to see you’re still doing battle on stage

My quads lost some separation in the last week due to hammering cardio, when they are fuller the details are very present, cross striations very visible on each of the heads.
