You can own a condo , let's say in a building of 10 apartments only 4 can be own by farangs !.

Those guys MUST do visa extensions every 3 months !. They could be married to Thai.

If you have a lot of coins, get the ELITE visa $ 20K for 5 years !.

Visit Thailand several times & get infos from Thai emigration offices !.

I lived in Thailand for a little over a year for work.

Americans cannot own land, but there is a loophole that if you setup a Thai based business, you can own land through that.

You can own a building space but not the land itself.
