Thats why the school was set up to begin with....its for children who are low achievers as well as those who are 2 or more years behind in learning to get them caught up but they still get tested by the state.   Shit report at best

If a kid is way behind the only way to catch up is for the parents to dive in at home and put the hours in to help them out.

Shame that isn’t happening here obviously. Kinda sucks because, with YouTube, you can literally teach someone k through 12 math without a textbook, since there are so many tutorials on there.
