Who parks on a train track?

Had a lady park on train tracks at a bridge opening. She panicked and backed up into one of my road tractors. Fucking totaled her car which was an old piece of shit. Anyway, someone called and said they saw one of my trucks had rear ended a car. I called my guy and he said, “oh yeah, so and so got backed into it’s all good, she admitted fault”. Im thinking fuck that, I know people and they’ll take any chance they can to screw you in a situation like this. I called the driver and got him to pass the phone to the cop and he said there was no damage to my truck and for that reason he wasn’t writing a ticket. I asked him for his name, cell number and a copy of the report. He said there’s no reason because there’s no damage and not my drivers fault. Anyway, I texted him the next day and asked for the report. Anyway, that was on a Friday, and sure as shit, Monday  she called my office asking for our insurance info. Im like, not today mofo. Bitch tried to get me because it was a company truck. I talked to her, and couldn’t believe she was trying to scam me, although I could believe it because people suck.


Sorry to get off on a tangent, but yeah, there are morons who park on RR tracks.

No, kept it cool which was the best part. I’m sure what happened is her husband or boyfriend or whatever talked her into filing the claim. When I spoke to her, I said in a calm manner “that’s not what happened, you backed into one of my trucks”. She said that not what happened and I told her that’s what she told the cops, and it was in the report. I told her she either lied to the cops, or was lying now and that either way she wasn’t getting any money from me. I told her(which I didn’t end up doing) was that I was going to file a counter claim for damage to my trucks bumper as well as two hours of downtime. She melted down, and I started laughing and said “look, you’re coming unglued and I can’t talk to you anymore” and she lost it. I hung up after telling her again, that she’d see no money out of me and to have a good day. My insurance closed the claim without paying her shit.
