On that point, knowing what bodybuilders does 24/7, I dont understand how any bodybuilder can have a lastning marriage with children. The women puttning up with that.. Saint is not the right word they must be just brainwashed.
It would be one thing if it made money but for 99% bodybuilding is just a financial drain.
True, and if you get injured you lose it all in a couple of months. Worst return of investment. You can still go to the gym, shoot gear and eat good without sacrificing a lot of time. Eat 3 times a day, work out 3 times a week and it's done. Unless you are a "influencer" or a top BB fitness competitor, 24/7 BB lifestyle is a complete waste of time
