If I bring it I will win, the question is, is it better than Coleman?

Jay, I'm sorry to tell ou this, but you won't be Mr.O until 2008, when Ronnie is finally absent from the O after fullfilling his dream of winning ten tiltes. He carries some 20 lbs more of muscle than you do and although you have longer muscle bellies and better detail, Ronnie's overall musculature is just too massive for you or any other bodybuilder to take him out. I don't even like him, but I'm willing to admit that there's no way in hell for him to lose. At your bodyweight, you'd have to have Dorian's super-human density and dryness to take him out. In my opinion, you should enter the O at no more than 260 lbs, but with a mind-numbing degree of etched detail and dryness. Trust me:that's your best shot against Ronnie. Playing his game and coming in over 270 lbs, or even worse, at over 280 lbs, will make you lose too much quality, for the simple reason that you don't have the structure or the muscle to compete at that weight without looking bloated and/or losing too much detail and striations. A piece of advice for you... :)

Hey Jay,

Do you know what "the Squad" is and what we do?

Yes:a bunch of junior high boys who give each other blow-jobs, as their first sexual experiment. They don't give each other hand-jobs, though, because they're too busy typing gay jokes on this board, 24/7. ;D

I knew this was gonna happen.  Too bad for you guys!  Jay, Ron said you should check out the VIP and industry section, there is a lot more serious people there.
It is a lot more moderated.
Good on you to keep your word and post a few words, too bad they don't appreciate it.
Check often for updates @

Wassup Jay,

It's cool that you're posting here. Try to ignore the "haters", you'll find a lot of sincere people here with decent questions.

I'm wondering, how does your wife feel about your bb career? Would she rather see you in another career considering the health risks? How does she feel about your body, tell the truth, wouldnt she like it better if you were a lean 200 pds?

Hope it's not too personal. Take care.

Glad to see on board Jay...I've seen all 3 of your AC victories first hand and was at the Olympia last year and will be at this year's O in late Sept...we feel your tenacity will prevail in the end crowning you as the next Mr. O.

We think you are tremendous ambassador of the sport...professional in ever sense and very respectful to all who approach you...keep it up!!!
