I wasn't leaving the house. I had a chair with wheels I was using on one level. I could not walk. I could hobble a few feet. I had a 2cm tear in my meniscus. I was in constant agonizing pain.

The truth is if you have a big gut you're out of shape. Lean guys in condition don't have guts. Sucking in your gut for picture doesn't count as having a tight waist. Visceral fat is unhealthy and it's the reason for a big gut.  These Olympia guys when they relax back stage have these use pregnant bellies. I wonder if it's from big organs from the GH?
