Bands and machines get a bad rep because they don't look as hardcore. But try switching over and you might come round. Bands have door anchors now.I don't know if you could build a physique from scratch with bands, but once you've already built your mass, they're great tools.

Sure, one can get injured doing any exercise.That does not take away from the fact that some exercises are more riskier than others.
so people get injured doing a 2lb rear delt cable fly or a 1lb pink weight shoulder circle? Or diaphragmatic breathing exercise? Or a seated 1lb hammer curl?
