Didn't watch the video but I think no one understands wtf he is babbling about. I certainly don't. He talks but what is he actually saying? People are kissing his ass all over, praising him to high heavens. They think because he scored some popular bodybuilders for his videos and because what he says is incomprehensible he must be a genius and "deep".
Once he said you can't build big legs with heavy squats, you should not go above 3 plates. Like wtf. Not one of the pros he filma with built their physiques like that.
"Mind-muscle connection" is a bunch of baloney too (I could debate/explain exactly what I mean) but I mean I can mind-muscle and squeeze the hell out of my biceps with 5lbs dumbells and fail at 10 reps. It will not give the stumulus of say a 115lbs barbell curl done with good form even if I'm concentrating on girls' boobies and asses while doing so.
If I do leg extensions with controlled movements and no bouncing or lifting my ass off the seat, it will work the muscle even if you lost all sensation of your legs (zero mind muscle connection).
Charles Glass looks like another charlatan to me as well. Vyck said one good thing about guys like Charles (didn't name him of course), that wth is up with trainers insisting on using every machine in a way it was NOT designed to be used. Like sitting on a leg press sideways. Is that supposed to train your "side quads" or what? lol.
I saw Glass train some chicks glutes by having her lay on her stomach on the bench under a smith machine and pressing the bar up with the soles of her feet. Great, I'm sure you can really load your buns that way. Not.
