Back to the original topic. Lots of things affect how we look as we age. It is partly genetics. A healthy lifestyle, which includes having a good mental attitude, exercise, a decent diet, and sufficient rest all contribute to a more youthful appearance. Avoiding too much stress is a real asset to good health, i.e., don’t worry too much about looking old. How you feel and act is much more important.
Also, how someone dresses offer the illusion of a more youthful appearance, understanding that there is a fine balance between not dressing like a teenager and wearing outdated clothing which looks like hand-me-downs from a person’s grandparents.
Sensible resistance training and some supplements in reasonable dosages including HRT when needed to maintain hormonal balance are an important consideration. Whatever you do, do it in moderation.
