Yea, it was really suppose to be explaining to him as to why he was going to get his shit kicked in from the lawsuits for Market America and Primerica. Your guys know I was in Advocare for like 9 years before they shut down. Did get a 300 dollar settlement check even though I made good money. But I'll summarize the whole conversation so you don't have to drag your balls through 2 hours on content
1. First, I explained to him that everything is built on a pyramid....job, churches, government, etc. I worked at Verizon..there was 100's of Customer Relations people, I had a boss, he answered to another boss, and he answered to another boss.
2. He then countered with whether I felt bad about all of the people schemed out of companies like Amway.
3. I countered by asking what his job was...he told me that he was a Youtube creator....I ask him what was his job before that.....he hesitated and said that he was a slot host at a casino
(I always research people before debating). I asked him how could he criticize Amway when your job was to keep people gambling their life saving away. He tells me that he only worked with million dollar clients and that he would give people a help line number if he found that they had an addiction. I explained to him that it was crap and even if they kicked out the person, they would go to another casino.
3. He then asked me as to how I ran the business. I explained that I used trade show booths and went to flea markets, strip malls, and conventions along with advertising on my websites including Advocare on my Anabolic Mayhem.com site (pretty much defunct) when it was a newletter and podcast. Also explained that I built a sales team to sell product, not go recruit people to recruit other people as it was a waste of time. I also explained that you have to find the right company to go with to be successful, look and dress the part, and be willing to invest the right amount of money into it as with any other business and that most people fuck up because they have some weird notion that they can buy a 149 dollar kit and make a million bucks running around to bookstores and shit passing out cards. I also went over somefunny old Pre-Paid Legal experience and explained why I moved from PrePaid Legal to Advocare.
4. He then argues with me and ask me what MLM would I recommend to people. I told him none and that people his age needs to go get a regular job and do something that benefits their talent which surprised the hell of of him. I explained to him that it was an old sales model that has been overtaken by social media and the internet eliminated the need for door to door salesman and running newpaper ads.
I then listed the following reasons why its pointless to be in any MLM
- Exclusitivity of Product is no longer available. You can buy Amway, Herbalife, Advocare, Watkins, Avon are all sold on Walmart and Amazon which no-one can compete with
- No-one is training salesman....just recruit people to recruit people to recruit people to recruit people, etc
- Everyone is nowdays wanting to start Crypto businesses. I did explain how I lost money at GS Partners thanks to our old friend Judi (jaguarenterprises) who used to post here
5. He counters with the Bill Ackman report in which I explained that it didn't mean shit because he was trying to short the Herbalife stock and the settlement was just change under the seat cushion
I then explained to him why he was going to lose his lawsuit:
- His primary income is solely off calling MLM companies scams meaning that he isn't a journalist but an activist which doesn't give him as many 1st Amendment protections
- He has recorded himself yelling and calling names at people and posting comments that they running around like rats and etc
- He posted copyrighted content and videos
- He doesn't have the resources to fight any multi-billion dollar company that has a ton of lobbyists and politicans in their pockets. He lives in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment
- He would be called out in court for his work in the casino along with his history of being a cocaine dealer killing any type of credibility he has
6. I explained to him that he should have just targeted distributors who scammed people rather than the entire company. From a legal standpoint, as long as a company sells a product, its not a pyramid scheme in the eyes of the government which is why they have been around.
7. I ended with some more funny stories and explained again that no-one should join an MLM because there's nothing for someone to got out and actually sell competitively and that it was extinct like telemarketers, milkman, car phones etc and told him that if he doesn't clear up his legal issues that he would be dragged down with the sinking ship that is MLM

Bonus: Those companies that sued him are playing dirty with troll sites. They've doxxed him, hacked his Google Drive, and have been putting out pictures of him like this. The Hell's Angels distribute drugs but you don't go up to one and tell them that. Kids his age are doing stupid stuff like this for clout and social media likes and end up getting their shit pushed in
