I'm coming round to the chow chow thing now. they look amazing and its a toss up between getting a dog or a gf. the dog wins every time!
training is flying at the minute thanks your back lad spread shows a monster fucking frame mate and a v shape so even though he's not here hanks gets beat! again.
Joswift is a legend- we bumped into people he knew competitors, MC, judges etc at the gym and he is well respected by all of them. cracking fella and we are going to train together soon. I hope he goes easy on me!
