Being incarcerated has humbled me somewhat, but also brought me closer to the eternal truth which we all struggle to find.  To quote the great philosopher Basho, "a flute with no holes is not a flute, but a donut with no holes is a danish."  I try and live by this code.

All this talk about donut holes and flutes made me think you may have been anally palumbowned in the joint.  Any details to share?
