I still can't believe that Bill Cosby was found guilty of a rape that allegedly happenned supposedly around in 1974 and the accuser couldn't even remember the actual year, day or even where in the Playboy Mansion.....but yea, its Bill Cosby so he must have did it.   What a fucking joke

Anyone wonder why quality folks do not run for office today? It is often thanks to lawsuits like these. These are a 'no win' because even when the defendant prevails, their reputation is ruined plus perception is everything when it comes to public approval. Supposedly the victim was so traumatized they could not face the accused for decades. Okay, maybe this is true. But there still should be a statute of limitations. What is more, money does not fix everything or buy happiness.

I agree.  I was critical of the Cosby stuff.  Same with Trump.  And this guy.  It's not a political issue for me.  It's about fundamental fairness.  Our society places deadlines on when people can make these kinds of claims for good reason.  It's also very damaging to the man's reputation.  Dangerous path we are on right now.
