20 sets 2 arm supinating db curls 40lbs 30 reps down to 10. Holding last rep 10 seconds each set.
Superset
20 sets counter top skull crushers 30 reps down to 5. Holding last rep for 10 seconds each set.

20 sets reverse grip wrist curls 65 lbs 30 reps down to 5 reps. Holding last rep each set 10 seconds.

Sublingual anavar made the pump fucking retarded and it wouldn’t subside. Absolutely love it.
