Dj you have a tendency to tout envisaged gains as actual gains accomplished and then self-congratulate
Nothing wrong with getting excited about your goals but the line does blur between aim and achievement in some of your posts
i weigh 163 now and i'm sub-7 and i'm carb depleted and very flat
so i only have 2% bodyfat to lose so...
2% of 163 is 3 pounds
163-3=160 @ sub 5
but i will probably lose 2-3 more pounds of non-fat weight to hit sub 5%
so that puts me @ 157-158 and when i fill the carbs back in it will add 3-5 non fat pounds
so... end weight 160-162 @ 5%

in august was 152-153 @ 5%
162-152=10
160-153=7
so... 7-10 pounds of pure muscle
