It's so odd... it's almost as if a creature like this is specifically designed to make you despise trans people... yet, ostensibly, it thinks itself is empowering.
In the past year Ive met 2 'trans' people, which is about the same number as the previous 52 years combined. 1 was in key west and 1 was in Chicago, and in each case they both expressed complete frustration at being constantly portrayed as unhinged psycho with light blue or pink hair obsessed with pronouns. Both said that they understood they weren't real women and didn't care to talk about it.
Now, this year at my daughters school, the music teacher began identifying as Mx as opposed to Mr. So it's now Mx. Smith , supposedly pronounced 'mix.' And this dude looks and acts and dresses like a dude. But insists on being identified as Mix Smith. Supposedly this indicates he doesn't know his gender or is open to the possibility of being any gender?
A fucking teacher in a public school.
