The honest answer: I don't know.
The obvious problem is that if I ask you a question, you would then (by your own words) be unable to reply to it.
If you were ever placed in Time Out, it could be a result of that, as it changes the parameters regarding your ability to post replies while you were in that purgatory.
Let me look into it and I will also ask Ron and Flamer to see if there is something about your profile that limits your ability to reply.
