Watched a National Geographic documentary yesterday regarding the LA riots of 1992. I am on the side of the victims (King and the girl shot in the head over orange juice). Judges decision on both cases was an aberration.
What i am not on the side, is how poorly blacks reacted to it and managed the issue. They had so much political leverage with those events, and they ruined the oportunity to make real changes, real progress. The level of desorganization of the protests and riots was self insulting. They acomplished nothing and nothing is how they live up to this day.
