Some "American" politician came onto the congress floor in IDF uniform. Netanyahu is to speak to congress, no doubt will get a standing ovation. Last time he spoke the President wasn't even informed beforehand, was Obama President then? Not that it matters much, but Obama was putting some restrictions on them. JFK was going to handle them, but then he died...

A big part of it is tremendous ethnic networking over centuries I think. Ingroup/outgroup thinking as opposed to atomized/individualistic as in the rest of the west. "Is this good for the Jews" thinking. Intelligence. Jews are the richest religious (ethnic?) demografic. Money and total media ownership rules the world.

If someone is the reading type this much lauded article from 2012 is very interesting wrt university admissions/diversity in the US. Highly recommended. If you take the big trouble to read it I'm interested in comments  8)
