My vitamin D level "looked great" according to my GP, I think it was in the middle of the "good range." I'm lazy and forgetful so often have been forgetting it, so I have a question, how about taking 50,0000iu or even 100,000 units in one go the immediately get on top of it? Drawbacks? I have seen some experts say you can take all your Vitamin D once a month but theres probably some drawbacks.
