I don't think she's a fella, just wired in a way where she's androgenous. The majority of successful female athletes in the physical contact type sports are high test/androgenous.
It's like Rhonda Rousey. She's got the more estrogenic type body (better in real life but not in combat sports). She was whooping on housewives but the moment she came across high test athletic women who were trained, they knocked her out of her boots.
