How do people get so big and feel ok? This guy is massive looking, it seems it would be so uncomfortable to be so big.

I think many to most do not feel okay. There are several videos out there of bb complaining how exhausting just everyday life is after passing 270, 280 lbs. They're constantly sweating, out of breath, forced to use a C-PAP mask at night etc and they're happy when bulk phase is over and the weight goes down again.

I have heard this as well and seen it in person.  280lbs+  seems to be the tipping point when it gets to be too much. But this is not strictly BB related; I have heard this from both fat people and muscled bodybuilders.
