I`d do 100 to 200.....two 100 mg. shots per week.......or two 50 mg. shots per week.

Try either if you are so inclined and see how you feel its working for you.

Just my thoughts on it.

EDIT: since you are doing only that much Test per week.....go with 50 mgs. twice per week.

Yes Marv, there was 15 originally.....I had just finished forearms and my grip was exhausted and dropped the third one................fuck it....silly me!   

Trust me the world is better off with just the 10 of them.

Why not try it, can always take more, later. robcguns takes 50mg. I never got the joint relief, even at 1000mg 

Buddy of mine takes 200mg with his 2500mg of test and claims it helps.
