His Polish wife coached him  for this show and helped him in the past to win the pro card .I’m  not sure who she is and what is her background ,but if you getting ready for the Olympia and you are top contender you are hiring real coach .

I know what you mean, but at least with kidneys you might get a second chance for a few extra years - if you don't ignore stuff like Bostin did

Whatever they are doing over the last few years to cause all these heart-attacks seems just as deadly - certainly more final    So I personally don't think it's a fear thing
