Half his workout is glutes. Is that a desired muscle, proportion wise? Doesn't small glutes give the ilusion of bigger quad/hamstring sweep in the side poses?

Franco has him in the deadlift, Hadi has him in squats.  Dont know about pressing as I haven't seen much of that from Hadi, but Franco probably has him on that, plus he was probably 30lbs lighter.

Hadis legs routine is pretty insane though. Maybe second only to Platz in how crazy it is.
