Its a perfectly logical thing to do if you want to build a defense

Top tip, always do something to the body if you murder someone, that way the cops are looking for a psychopath rather than a rational person.

I think most of the hate/backlash came from when he attacked his wife over "milk being in the wrong place" in fridge.
She released the recording of him going off like a maniac. Had protective "BHank type" orders against him.
A violent muzz w/ women I guess. (All sorts of Doc's and police reports were released).
