Yup. This is total waste of time and taxpayer dollars. Also, if it is intended to distract the public from some other issue, such as releasing the Epstein files, I doubt it will work.

Everyone and anyone connected to Epstein in anyway seems suspect these days, not just Trump. Just saw those photos posted on Getbig from Epstein's house that include lots of famous folks including, Pop Paul, (who cannot be subpoenaed since he died). I won't speculate about who did what, and who knows what, but guilt by association seems to be running rampant these days. Maybe none of those folks have anything to hide and then on the other hand, some of them might have.

There is speculation as to who will ignore the subpoena and just not show up. But that can have some profound consequences. Then again, so can pleading the fifth.

However, you changed the discussion when you posted a link to a list of the folks who James Comer subpoenaed on August 5th, 2025, for the Epstein investigation, which is what I responded to. No one has been subpoenaed to appear for a deposition in Russia Conspiracy investigation.
