I said that with respect to public health as its a complex topic. By lie I meant watered down truth, generalizations that may not be fully true or true to the actual nuance of the situation. I don't have black and white opinions on most things where there is a lot of subjective sway. This is an objective fact, they were either there or not, they were either plants or not, there is no evidence they were and it doesn't even make sense as trump was president with the DOJ at the time.
