As for me, fortunately I have no fractures or injuries, only head injuries. Doctors recommended that I refrain from training for 6 weeks, so as not to increase the pressure in my head, which could impede healing.

Hard stretching might be useful. Just a hunch for the most part, atlhough we know a stretch is an anabolic stimulus in itself.

Go in the gym cold then pump up, you can dramatically increase in size just from that alone, thats no food or insulin

You dont need anything of course. My experience is that almost no one actually feels insulin much if theres a continuous stream of carbs coming in. I see it as no more advanced a product compared to any other hormone. But as long as someone hasnt tried they are apprehensive. It would volumise you quicker. Guys are paranoid they are small after a short break and then you tell them you can be 100% back in 10 days and they are aghast at the suggestion of some Anadrol or especially insulin  :D
I last did anadrol about 15 years back the old anapolan 50's


have to say I loved them on 1 a day.

had a training partner who took 6 a day and was superstring but used to get nosebleeds a fair bit.

in terms of fullness and feel good I loved it. I also enjoyed pronabol 5 D-bols for a feel good factor.

I may give the anadrols a little run new year

Dianabol is the sunny day steroid for me and many others. Now its though of as a crude, shit steroid. Nothing could be further from the truth lol.

In my experience, I could do a whole bottle of test a week, 2500mg, yet it doesnt feel like 1 Anadrol a day or 350mg a week.

Tried growth hormone once 10 years ago, one kit, I guess it volumized me a bit. Tried insulin at the same time but not for long, I mismeasured it at 70 and that was not at all a pleasant experience, pounded the carbs and said my prayers.

Agree about dianabol, best feelings and major gains and strength. Quite estrogenic though.

Sounds to me like you need to man up. I fractured multiple bones including my cranium in a freefall parachute accident a while ago. Doctors said the only reason I survived was my excess musculature. Back to the gym after 2 weeks, no problemo.

I also have a few skull fractures. Maybe I'm too concerned about my current shape. I'll be back training soon and I'll be even stronger than before.
